SHIPPING TIMES:

We strive to process and ship orders within 2 – 6 business days of order. However, processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS: We offer priority flat rate shipping via USPS.

SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping is FREE of charge regardless of order amount or size.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order ships you will be provided a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please ensure the address you provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier in which package was delivered by to file a claim, if further assistance is needed email us at: [email protected]

For Ready to Ship Products: items will be shipped within 2 days of your order UNLESS personalization is chosen, then it is 1 – 2 weeks! Due to the high order volume and crazy weather conditions.

T SHIRT ORDERS AND PHONE CASES

T Shirt and Phone Case orders can take 4 to 6 days to complete (variable based on order volume I have at the time). This allows for creation of the design and drying time. 

RHINESTONE, GLITTER AND CUSTOM TUMBLERS

All Tumbler orders can take 1-3 Weeks to complete (variable based on order volume I have at the time). This will allow for design creation drying time for the adhesive used on the rhinestones and the FDA requires 72 hours for tumblers to cure after completion.

By purchasing products on this site, you recognize that any processing and turnaround times quoted are best estimates and we are not liable for any delays. We will do our best to ship your products in a timely manner but from time-to-time extenuating circumstances may occur which could make it difficult to meet these processing time estimates. I will keep you updated on the progress of your order at all times.

However, if you have a particular timeframe, you need an item for, please do not hesitate to send us a message and we will see what we can do to help! A rush order fee of $25.00 will be added to the order total, due to me having to place you in front of other customers. Thank you for Understanding!
