Refunds and Returns

Thank you for shopping at CraftyCarolsteesandTumblers.com. We take pride in the quality of our custom products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that custom-designed and personalized products are made to order and are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Customized products
- Downloadable products
- Products that have been used
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your request.
- Provide your order number, description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return confirmation and shipping instructions.
Do not send your purchase back to us without receiving confirmation and instructions from us, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
The item will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent, please keep in mind product will have to be re-made. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage or wrong item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received; a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
